What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you charge taxes?
Unfortunately, we are required to collect taxes in compliance with local and state laws to keep our business in good standing.

SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by location and size of order and will be calculated at the checkout. All orders $35 or more automatically qualify for FREE shipping!
Where do you ship to?
Free ground shipping is available on all domestic orders $35 or more. We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories at this time.
What type of shipping do you offer?
All orders are shipped USPS or DHL.

ORDERS
Did you receive my order?
You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order.
What is my order status?
All orders ship within 2-3 business days from the date of your confirmation email, unless otherwise stated.
When will my order ship?
All orders received before 12pm CST will be processed on the same day. Any orders received after 12pm CST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays or on observed holidays will ship the following business day.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped using standard ground shipping—up to 5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I make changes to an existing order?

I placed separate orders; can you combine them?
If you place multiple orders, and we have not shipped your order yet, we will do our best to combine your orders for you!
Can I cancel my order?
Please email jjcreativelabs@gmail.com and include your order #, last name and email. However, we are unable to cancel orders once they have already been shipped.
I have not received my order/ I received the incorrect order/My order is damaged.

Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
All orders are custom made and are final sale. See our Return Policy for more information.

How do I know what size is right for me?
Each of our products has a description of the material, fit style and measurements. Please see the 'Sizing Guide' under each product description for reference.
How do I wash my item(s)?
To prolong the life of your item(s), please follow our 'Care Instructions'
Turn garment inside out. Machine wash on cold. Use mild detergent. Recommended to hang dry or tumble dry on low heat inside out. Remove promptly and lay or hang flat. DO NOT use bleach, dry clean, iron or softeners. Improper wash/dry care may lead to cracking or peeling of your item(s) design.
